One of the main concerns especially for women, is to have a toned legs. See the suggestions of exercises to work the inner area of the leg.
Sometimes the fat accumulates on the inside of the thigh, and, unfortunately, we can’t we can’t even choose the zone of our body where we want to have less volume or fat.
The localized fat is lost gradually in the different parts of the body, but there are exercises that can help us improve certain areas.
In the chronic this week I share with you some exercises to work the inner part of the leg, which I do with some frequency.
EXERCISES TO WORK THE INNER PART OF THE LEG IN ANY PLACE
1. SINK SIDE
This is an exercise that requires a greater control, stability and balance. He works mainly in the areas of muscular of the inside of the legs, buttocks and abdominal.
– Execution of the movement –
- Of the foot, keeping the feet aligned with your shoulders, take a large step to the side with the right foot, flexing the right knee, running down parallel to the ground. When you reach the lowest part of the sink, return to the starting position;
- Repeat the exercise with the other leg;
- SQUAT JUICE
– Execution of motion –
- Away the legs and put the feet turned out forming an angle of 45 degrees;
- Bend the knees to do a squat keeping your back straight;
- Return to the starting position.
- ABDUCTION LATERAL
A great drill for working the inner part of the thigh.
– Execution of the exercise –
- Lie on the side, with the elbow supported on the ground;
- With one leg draped over the other, stretch the leg in contact with the ground and flexing the top.
- Raise the leg straight and slowly descend until you complete all the reps.
